Does Wearing Your Wedding Ring On Your Middle Finger Mean Anything?
I’m in the process of losing weight and my rings are starting to get loose. I have heard wearing your wedding ring on your middle finger of your left hand means your a widow. Anyone know anything about this? I can’t get my ring resized yet. I have a ways to go in my weight loss and can’t afford to get it resized everytime it gets too big.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think in Western countries it means that your single.
lol, a comic once said that was how he knew his parents’ marriage was in trouble; he came home one day and they were wearing their wedding rings on their middle fingers. I don’t know the social significance, but congrats on the weight loss
I don’t know if it actually means anything, but when I see a woman wearing her wedding ring on her middle finger, I just assume it’s too big for her ring finger, no big deal.
I hope not…
