Sending Me Angels — Delbert McClinton
Somebody to Love You — Delbert McClinton
I’m Just a Sucker Who Believes in Love — Candye Kane
Pride & Joy — SRV
Sweet Goddess of Love & Beer — Popa Chubby
I’ll Take Care of You — Bobby Blue Bland
Something to Talk About –Bonnie Raitt
Love Sneaking up on You — Bonnie Raitt
You Upset Me Baby — B.B. King
I Got a Thing for You — Clay McClinton

I Want You Just Cause I Want You — E.G. Kight
Can’t Keep Me From You — Indigenous
You Turn My World Around — Indigenous
What You Do to Me — Indigenous
Expressway to Your Heart — Blues Brothers (ok, so the guy doesn’t get the girl in this song, but good anyway)
Wang Dang Doodle — Koko Taylor (as far as I’m concerned, this should be played at every function of every kind)
I tried stuck with the love theme with these. I can come up with other good ones, too if you’d like.
I think a DJ would best be able to answer this. One that specializes in weddings. They experience song requests first hand, and I’m sure they know what song(s) are best!
I like this for a wedding song. Robin Trower “Sweet Wine of Love”
“Sweet Little Angel” by BB King comes to mind or John Lee Hooker’s “Boom,Boom”
“Please Send Someone To Love” – Percy Mayfield
“Sweet Little Angel” – BB King
IMHO, anything by Booker T & the MGs.
