What Shapewear Is Good To Wear Underneath Strapless Wedding Dress?
What is a good shapewear for my strapless wedding dress. My dress is tight bodice a-line dress. I would like to make my tummy a little smaller and my boobs to be pushed up a little bit.

My friend just bought a push up bra and went to Walmart and bought a shaper by the brand Curves (?) featuring Queen Latifa. It comes up right under the bra, zips and has boyshort legs. She has a very fitted gown and says it is invisable. She wore it for her alterations and the seemstress said it was perfect and asked her where she got it. I think she paid under $25.00.
ok, I found that the cheapest place that compares to Davids Bridals bustier bras. the long line padded, they make your breasts look better and flattens your tummy more
But I found one exactly like it at Target
it was only $18.
Davids Bridal was $70
and Victorias Secret was over $80
so check out Target or http://www.target.com for longline bras
Try a “longline” strapless bra and tummy control panties. More comfortable than a corsett and the longline has boning in it that will hold in your upper abs.

They now make a bridal line!!
They are great!
Try a corset that laces up in the back. Have a bridesmaid tie you up tightly. Just know that it won’t be comfortable, but you will look HOT! Congratulations!
If you go to David’s Bridal, or any other big wedding dress place, there they will be able to help and fit you into the best shapewear, for your certain dress. You should be able to find what you need there.
Spanx shapewear are fantastic. Check them out online, they were on Oprah’s show one day. They make you look a lot slimmer and are suppose to be so comfortable, she wears them on her show.
go to david’s bridal or try their website. the have a ton of great options.
I have the exact same problem, and have chosen to wear a corset – it doesn’t tie up at the back but rather has bra hooks all the way down. I got it from the bridal store where I got my dress, the come in heaps of different sizes but they all flatten you tummy and add to your bust line. The person doing you dress fitting can add press studs to the inside of your gown and to the corset to insure that you don’t have to spend you day hitching up your dress. Perfect for a strapless gown.
And to flatten you hips, belly, thighs and but. You can get underwear that is fairly pretty but that sucks your chosen areas in. I know I can get them from the Triumph range but they are in different brands and different price ranges.
Congratulations and enjoy all that you wedding day is and your life together with your partner
Getting the seamstress to sew in cups is the best thing to give you some lift. That way you don’t have the extra layer of a bra (You’ll already be hot) and you won’t have to worry about adjusting the bra and keep pulling it up.
For the tummy, I bought some control panties from Kohls. You can find them anywhere now, even Target has them.
Well I dint know about the pushed up boobs, but I have recently fell in LOVE with spanx. They will make everything from right below your boobs down, look flawless. There are several different styles to choose from.
Here is the sight. http://www.spanx.com/pls/enetrixp/!stmen…
Congrats and good luck!
