Has Anyone In Australia Brought Wedding Gowns From Online Stores Overseas?
Such as www.sheshopping.com, www.bridalonlinestore.com or any other reputable store? What were your experiences from ordering to shipping and getting it back through customs?
The prices are so cheap for what look like quality gowns. But I am a little nervous to buy online…
Any thoughts and suggestions are very much appreciated!

Not that I have ever heard of.
Remember you can:
(a) go to the end of season sales at the fashion outlets in Australia – pay $400 for something marked previously as $3000
(b) go to some of the bigger op shops like Lifeline – they often have a bridal range – only worn once; you can get very expensive dresses and get them cut down or remodeled for $60 to $80.
You cannot really tell the quality buying wedding gowns online – I would NOT do it.
My wife did. She actually bought one from a eBay store in China. We did around 20 measurements, paid $200 and we had it within 10 days. It was perfect actually.
Which was handy as she decided she didn’t like her Colette Dinnigan dress a few weeks before the big day…
