I have decided to do finger foods at my wedding reception instead of a sit down meal. I have about 100 guest coming. How many different varieties of finger foods should I have and how many of each variety?

that can be tricky! you need to think about how many samples you want each guest to be able to have and then multiply that by how many guests are coming.

To keep food costs down it would be cost effective to have waiters serving the food and have a set amount of time that you will be serving the food. This way guests won’t overeat.
Another fun food idea are food bars, you could have different national cuisines, mexican, chinese, thai, indian or you could have pasta bars, salad bars and even mashed potato bars!http://www.cheap-wedding-solutions.com/c…
